Learn about the Ins and Outs of Dove Hunting from Subject Matter Experts in the Heart of South Texas

Join us June 2 for a day full of dove education, including history, best practices, lessons learned, and more. Hear from TPWD Migratory Game Bird Program Leader, a local game warden, outfitters, Agri-Life Extension officers, pesticide and agricultural experts, and more.


This inaugural Dove Workshop is an unmatched opportunity to learn about all aspects of the dove hunting industry, including regulations, safety, and agricultural aspects. The Workshop is open to anyone who is interested in attending, no prior requirements or skillset necessary. Dove hunters, landowners, outfitters, students, farmers, and those interested in gaining knowledge into the world of dove hunting and land management will all gain valuable knowledge from the speakers.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: This event is perfect for a variety of different dove hunting audiences: dove hunters of any age, landowners, ranchers/farmers, outfitters, students, and more. Both experienced and new hunters will gain valuable knowledge from the day's sessions and speakers.
