About Us

2-P Hunting Services, LLC is a family-owned-operated business located in Uvalde, Texas. Uvalde is located on the boundary of the Central and South zones, making it a unique location for having two opening days of dove season in the month of September. 2-P books hunts for dove, deer, exotics, and turkeys. We have properties we manage in the Uvalde, Pearsall, and Utopia areas. Our hunting operation can handle any size group, big or small. We can also provide lodging and meals, if your group so desires. My family and friends will work hard to make your hunt a success. 

Hunts

2-P’s dove hunting starts September 1st and usually concludes at the end of October, but never count out the winter season, we could have lots of birds in our pastures. 2-P is fortunate to have properties in both the Central and South zones. We dove hunt on farmland and ranch country. The farms are planted in corn, milo, millet, wheat, and sunflowers. The ranches have dirt tanks and large pastures of native grasses and croton (dove weed). We can accommodate individuals, families, and corporate groups. We can help provide lodging and even meals if your group so desires.

2-P offers whitetail deer hunting packages. Lodging is provided with all our deer hunts. Meals can be provided for an additional fee. We can put together a package for your family or a company group. 2-P has guided management and trophy hunt packages. Most of our hunts consist of two to three days of hunting. My guides are family and close friends, all of whom are very personable and knowledgeable.

2-P offers package hunts for the Rio Grande turkey. We hunt some of our same ranches, we hunt dove and deer. Our turkey hunts take place in the spring. We look at our population of birds and the quality of the hatch to decide how many turkey hunts to book. We accommodate individuals and groups.   

Lodging

2-P has lodges available on some of the ranches we hunt. We also recommend some rentals in the Uvalde area. If you’re looking for lodging with river access, we have rental recommendations on the Nueces, Frio, and Sabinal rivers. They will be located in Montell, Concan, or Utopia. We can also provide meals for your group if available on the date of your hunt.

We want families and friends to get out and enjoy the great outdoors making memories that will last a lifetime. Nothing is better than watching a beautiful sunrise while mourning doves fly over a blackbrush thicket, a whitetail buck chasing a doe through a pear flat, or a turkey gobbling from the top of a mesquite or live oak limb.
